Resco Management Extra Services
From welcome packs, gas bottle installation and flyscreens to laundry, window cleaning and apartment cleans, Resco have a wealth of services to offer owners of Turtle Bay Village, all at reasonable prices. If you would like to order any of our extra services, you can contact us or pop into the Resco office at the top of the village. Some of the services we can offer include:
- Apartment lock change - We can change the locks of your apartment to a standard security lock, the cost based on the type of lock replacement.
- Welcome Pack - Welcome packs are available for a small service charge plus the cost of the goods.
- Gas Bottles - A Gas bottle replacement service is available for the cost of the gas bottle plus small installation fee.
- Laundry Service - We can arrange for your linen and towels to be professionally laundered including ironing. A dry cleaning service is also available. Please contact us for prices.
- Apartment Cleaning - Various cleaning packages are available to suit your requirements, from a light clean right through to a full builders clean, we offer a package to meet your needs.
- Window Cleaning - We offer a window cleaning service, you can choose from inside or outside only, or both sides.
- Contents and Building Insurance - Contents insurance and buildings (structural) insurance is available from the Resco office, please contact us for more information and prices for your apartment or villa.
- Bath and Shower Screens - Bath and shower screens can be made to measure for your property.
- Fly Screens - Fly screens can be made to measure for all windows and doors in your apartment or villa, ideal for keeping out mosquitos in the warmer weather and can save you money on your air-conditioning bill.
- Woodwork, Pergolas - Various types of pergolas and other woodwork are available on request.
- Satellite TV - Digiturk and other satellite packages such as Nilesat are available for installation.
- Internet - Up to 10mbps wireless internet can be installed in your apartment or villa. Please enquire for more information and prices.
- Water Tank Replacements - If you need your hot or cold water tank replaced, we can arrange this for you.
- Electrical Works - We can also offer various electrical services. Please contact us for more information.
- Building Services - We can also offer various building services. Please enquire for more information.
- Solar Panel Replacement - We can arrange for your solar panels to be replaced, please let us know if you would like more information.
- White Goods & A/C Unit Servicing - We can arrange for your white goods or air conditioning units to be serviced. Contact us for a quotation.
- Window Changes - If you need a new window, we can arrange this for you, contact us for more information and a quote.
- Plumbing - A plumbing service is available to suit your requirements. Contact us for a quotation.
